SUMMARY:
Lead the financial strategy of a fast-growing organisation as Chief Financial Officer, driving performance, growth, and long-term sustainability.

POSITION INFO:
An established and innovative business within a dynamic, fast-paced industry is seeking a highly skilled Chief Financial Officer to join its executive leadership team. The CFO will play a critical role in shaping financial strategy, optimising performance, and ensuring the business remains agile and competitive in a rapidly evolving market.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement the overall financial strategy aligned with the business vision.
Oversee all financial operations including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
Drive profitability and cost optimisation across all business units.
Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements.
Support strategic growth initiatives, including potential investments, partnerships, and acquisitions.
Provide insights and guidance to the executive team and board on financial performance and opportunities.
Lead and mentor the finance team, building capability and driving a culture of excellence.

Qualifications & Experience:

CA(SA) qualification essential.
10+ years’ progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years at executive level.
Exposure to fast-paced, high-growth industries advantageous.
Strong knowledge of corporate finance, M&A, and capital structuring.
Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and executive decision-making.
