SUMMARY:
Lead the financial strategy of a fast-growing organisation as Chief Financial Officer, driving performance, growth, and long-term sustainability.

POSITION INFO:
An established and innovative business within a dynamic, fast-paced industry is seeking a highly skilled Chief Financial Officer to join its executive leadership team. The CFO will play a critical role in shaping financial strategy, optimising performance, and ensuring the business remains agile and competitive in a rapidly evolving market.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the overall financial strategy aligned with the business vision.
• Oversee all financial operations including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
• Drive profitability and cost optimisation across all business units.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements.
• Support strategic growth initiatives, including potential investments, partnerships, and acquisitions.
• Provide insights and guidance to the executive team and board on financial performance and opportunities.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, building capability and driving a culture of excellence.

• CA(SA) qualification essential.
• 10+ years’ progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years at executive level.
• Exposure to fast-paced, high-growth industries advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of corporate finance, M&A, and capital structuring.
• Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and executive decision-making.
