THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE ARE:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, along with at least 3 years experience as a Financial Manager, demonstrating a proven track record in financial planning, cash flow management, and cost control, including experience at an executive level.
• Strong proficiency in financial software, including QuickBooks, SimplePay, and MS Office.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting standards, financial regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to develop and manage a high-performing finance team while driving operational efficiency and process improvements.
• Clear criminal and fraud records as well as ITC/credit profile

DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Develop and manage financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
• Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.

• Ensure the accurate and timely capturing of all financial data.
• Oversee the preparation and presentation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and enhance operational efficiency.
• Implement best practices and streamlined processes to optimize financial operations.

• Monitor and control company expenditures to ensure alignment with budgets.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement measures to achieve financial efficiency.
• Promote a lowest-cost mindset within the organization.

• Oversee cash planning to ensure adequate liquidity for operational needs.
• Manage working capital and optimize cash flow to support business objectives.

• Establish and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations.

• Collaborate with senior management to provide financial insights and recommendations.
• Communicate financial performance and key metrics to stakeholders.

• Lead and mentor a finance team.
• Foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and high performance.
