POSITION INFO:
Company and Job Description: Our client is an established organization operating within the South African property sector. The business manages a diversified portfolio and is focused on delivering sustainable financial and operational performance. We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager who will take responsibility for the day-to-day financial management of the business while providing meaningful commercial insights to senior leadership. Key Responsibilities: Financial Management & Strategy: Direct all daily accounting, bookkeeping, and cash flow operations across the property portfolio. Reporting & Compliance: Oversee group consolidations across multiple entities, prepare comprehensive monthly management packs, and ensure strict adherence to IFRS & technical accounting standards. Executive Partnership: Analyse financial performance to deliver strategic insights and present results to Executive Management and the EXCO. Leadership & Collaboration: Manage, mentor, and develop members of the finance team. Job Experience and Skills Required: Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent.
