POSITION INFO:
A growing player in the manufacturing sector is looking for a Finance Manager to take ownership of the full finance function. This role is ideal for someone who is looking to contribute positively in a production-focused environment and wants to make a tangible impact on financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the finance team and oversee daily accounting operations
Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial strategy
Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting to executive leadership
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
Analyse cost structures and identify efficiency opportunities across operations

Job Experience & Skills Required:

BCom Accounting/Financial Management with 5–7 years' experience in finance
Proven leadership in managing teams and implementing financial controls
Strong command of financial systems and reporting tools
Ability to communicate financial insights to non-finance stakeholders
