POSITION INFO:
Finance Manager – Manufacturing Industry

The client is a South African-based manufacturer and supplier of electrical protection and control equipment. With a strong legacy in the electrical engineering space, they have established themselves as a global leader, particularly in circuit breakers, earth leakage devices, and smart metering solutions.

The successful candidate for this role will report directly to the Finance Director, where responsibilities will include: Preparing annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial plans. Overseeing product costing, standard costing updates, and variance analysis. Monitoring raw material, WIP, and finished goods inventory accuracy. Analysing and controlling manufacturing overheads.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

ACMA/CGMA
5 years relevant experience in a Plant / Manufacturing environment
Previous experience leading a team
