POSITION INFO:
The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow across property portfolios. They analyse rental income and lease performance, ensure compliance with regulations, support asset management decisions, and drive system and process improvements. The role also involves managing audits, mentoring finance staff, preparing stakeholder reports, and identifying financial risks to protect and grow the property business.
