With expertise in lease accounting and property finance, they provide critical insights that guide strategic growth.

With over two decades of industry expertise, the company manages a diverse portfolio of retail, commercial, and residential properties, including some of the region’s most prominent shopping centers and mixed-use estates. Known for its innovation, sustainability, and commitment to excellence, the business continues to deliver long-term value to investors, tenants, and communities.

The Financial Manager is responsible for managing the full finance function of property portfolios, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance. The role oversees cash flow, rental income, recoveries, and expense allocations while ensuring accurate and timely reporting. In addition, the Financial Controller provides strategic financial insights, partners with property managers and executives to drive profitability, and maintains strong internal controls and systems to support sustainable growth.
This role reports to the Head of Finance.
