Finance Manager – Property (CA(SA))

The Finance Manager will oversee the full finance function, including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. They will ensure compliance with IFRS, tax, and regulatory standards while monitoring property portfolio performance across income, occupancy, and costs. The role involves providing strategic financial insights, strengthening controls, managing audits, and partnering with operations and executives to drive profitability. In addition, the Finance Manager will lead and mentor the finance team, fostering efficiency, accountability, and excellence.

This role reports to the Operations Director.

• 9 years relevant Property experience
