SUMMARY:
A wellâestablished organisation is seeking a handsâon Finance Manager to take ownership of the full finance function during a period of transition. This role requires someone confident, resilient and detailâdriven, with the ability to operate effectively in a nonâcorporate, fastâmoving environment. The successful candidate will step into a critical position with immediate responsibilities, including a full handover and rapid integration into operations.

POSITION INFO:

Oversee the full financial management function, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely reporting
Manage monthâend processes, reconciliations, budgeting and general financial controls
Work closely with operational teams to support business decisions and improve financial processes
Maintain financial systems and ensure data integrity (Pastel experience required)
Provide leadership and stability during the transition period

Skills & Experience:
Strong personality with the ability to work independently and make confident decisions
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Ability to handle pressure and adapt to a handsâon operational environment
Excellent communication and stakeholderâmanagement ability
Proficiency in Pastel and advanced general finance systems knowledge
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a financial management role

Qualification:
Degree B. Com Accounting or Finance degree
