POSITION INFO:
Company and Job Description:
Based in Johannesburg West, this role will partner closely with operational leadership to ensure financial strategies support efficiency, growth, and profitability across the business. The successful candidate will act as the financial business partner to operations, ensuring robust financial management, cost control, and performance analysis within a high-volume environment.
You will be instrumental in bridging the gap between finance, operations, and executive leadership, turning operational data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with operational leadership to drive financial performance and operational efficiency
Provide strategic financial analysis to support decision-making across the supply chain and retail operations
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for operational departments
Monitor and improve cost management and margin optimization
Ensure accurate financial reporting and operational performance tracking
Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost savings, and productivity enhancements

Job Experience and Skills Required:

BCom Degree in Accounting or Finance.
Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience, ideally within retail, distribution, logistics, or supply chain environments
Strong general management and operational exposure
Proven ability to partner with operations teams and influence strategic decision-making
