SUMMARY:
My client is looking for an experienced and highly impactful Financial Manager to join a rapidly expanding telecommunications business. This is a senior leadership position suited to a qualified Chartered Accountant who excels in a demanding, high-energy, and growth-focused environment.

POSITION INFO:
The successful individual will extend beyond traditional technical finance responsibilities, acting as a trusted strategic partner and cultural ambassador. The role calls for a leader who can operate at a strategic level while remaining actively involved, championing financial excellence and enabling well-informed, high-value decision-making throughout the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

Direct and manage the end-to-end finance function, ensuring robust governance, regulatory compliance, and effective financial controls.
Serve as a key strategic advisor to executive leadership, delivering insights that support growth, profitability, and scalability.
Design and implement financial strategies aligned with overall business goals.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance monitoring processes.
Recruit, develop, and guide high-performing finance teams, promoting a results-driven and accountable culture.
Deliver accurate, timely financial reporting, analysis, and decision-making support.
Enhance financial processes, systems, and operational effectiveness within a fast-evolving environment.
Maintain the right balance between strategic leadership and hands-on involvement as the organisation grows.

Key Requirements:

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) designation.
Extensive experience in a senior finance leadership or financial management capacity.
