SUMMARY:
An exciting opportunity exists for a Finance Manager for a candidate with strong financial expertise and the ability to support business decision-making within a dynamic environment.

POSITION INFO:
This role is ideally suited to a finance professional who can balance financial management, forecasting, and compliance , while contributing meaningfully to business performance. Key Responsibilities: Preparation and review of monthly management accounts Leading budgeting and forecasting processes Financial analysis, including variance reporting and performance insights Ensuring full compliance with SARS and statutory requirements Managing financial controls and supporting audit processes Monitoring and improving financial and operational efficiencies Partnering with internal stakeholders to support business decision-making Education: BCom Degree Skills and Experience: Minimum of 5 years' experience in a finance-related role Strong experience in forecasting and financial analysis Solid understanding of SARS regulations and compliance requirements Exposure to the manufacturing industry preferred Strong, detail-oriented and analytical mindset Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Bilingual communication skills (advantageous) If you are ready to take the next step into a role that combines financial leadership with strategic input, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career.
