This is a hands-on finance leadership role that offers exposure across the complete finance function. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring financial integrity, improving business processes, providing commercial insight, and partnering with operational teams to support strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities: Managing the full finance function Preparing monthly management accounts and financial reports Budgeting, forecasting and financial planning Cash flow management and working capital optimisation Financial analysis and strategic business partnering Managing statutory and tax compliance Overseeing balance sheet reconciliations and month-end processes Job Experience and Skills Required: BCom Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field Completed articles (SAIPA or SAICA) 3+ years' experience with full finance function Previous experience in the automotive industry will be highly advantageous Management or team leadership experience is beneficial Apply now!
