A well-established industrial organisation is seeking an experienced Financial Manager to join its finance leadership team.

POSITION INFO:
This opportunity is ideal for a commercially minded CA(SA) who enjoys working in a fast-paced operational environment and partnering with the business to drive financial performance. Minimum Requirements: CA(SA) qualification is non-negotiable. Minimum 5 years' post-articles experience in a Financial Manager role. Proven experience within the logistics, transport, construction or engineering sectors is essential. Strong knowledge of IFRS, taxation, budgeting, forecasting and financial controls. Advanced ERP systems and Microsoft Excel proficiency. Excellent leadership, analytical and stakeholder management skills. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the full finance function and ensure the integrity of financial reporting. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual management accounts and financial statements. Lead budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management. Drive financial planning, commercial analysis and strategic decision-making. Manage statutory compliance, taxation, VAT and external audits. Monitor internal controls, governance and risk management processes. Analyse operational performance and provide recommendations to improve profitability and efficiencies. Partner with operational management to support business growth and project performance. Manage and develop the finance team while ensuring continuous process improvement. Oversee balance sheet reconciliations, working capital, fixed assets and inventory reporting. Liaise with auditors, financial institutions and external stakeholders. Apply now!
