POSITION INFO:
Our client is a well-established and respected organisation within the agricultural sector , with a strong reputation for stability, integrity and long-term relationships. Operating within the beautiful Overberg region, the business combines the professionalism and structure of an established organisation with a hands-on, close-knit and entrepreneurial culture . They are looking for a Financial Manager who wants to be more than a reporting function - someone who enjoys understanding the operation, working alongside management and using finance to influence better business decisions. As Financial Manager, you will take ownership of the finance function for one of the group's operations, partnering closely with operational leadership to ensure financial performance remains aligned with the broader business strategy. This is a hands-on and commercially focused role , ideal for someone who enjoys getting into the detail but can also step back and look at the bigger picture. Key Responsibilities: Take full ownership of the finance function for the operation Prepare and present accurate monthly management accounts and financial reports Drive budgets, forecasts, cash flow and financial planning Analyse financial and operational performance and provide meaningful commercial insight Partner with operational management to identify opportunities, manage costs and improve profitability Ensure compliance with statutory, tax and financial reporting requirements Job Experience and Skills Required: CA(SA) registered 2-3 years experience post article experience Agriculture experience beneficial SAP experience required Apply now!
