POSITION INFO:
Our client is seeking a Financial Manager to join their finance team. This role is ideal for a driven CA(SA) who is looking to build on their post-articles experience while gaining exposure to the full finance function and broader business operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, business analysis, and supporting management through accurate and timely financial information. This position offers excellent long-term growth opportunities within a financially focused and operationally driven environment. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee the full finance function Prepare monthly and annual financial reports Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes Analyse financial performance and provide business insights Ensure compliance with accounting standards and financial controls Support audit and statutory reporting requirements Monitor cash flow and financial performance Partner with management to support operational decision-making Drive process improvements and reporting efficiencies Job Experience and Skills Required Education: CA(SA) Experience: 2-3 years' post-articles experience Financial reporting and analysis experience Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting Agriculture, agribusiness, manufacturing, or related industry experience advantageous Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel Financial Reporting Budgeting and Forecasting Financial Analysis Stakeholder Management Leadership Potential Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills Why Apply?
