A well-established and nationally recognised organisation within the logistics and supply chain sector is seeking a dynamic Finance Manager to join its finance leadership team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced operational environment and has a passion for costing, management accounting, and leading high-performing teams.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the costing and management accounting function. Provide detailed cost analysis, reporting, and insights to support business performance. Partner with operational teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiencies. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Manage and develop a team of finance professionals, ensuring high levels of performance and accountability. Drive accurate reporting and analysis of operational costs across various business units. Oversee the Accounts Payable and Creditors functions. Ensure strong financial controls, governance, and process improvements. Deliver meaningful financial insights to support strategic decision-making. Requirements: CA(SA), CIMA, or B.Com Honours qualification. Minimum 2-3 years' management experience. Proven experience managing direct reports. Strong background in costing and management accounting. Experience overseeing Accounts Payable and Creditors. Exposure to the logistics, supply chain, transport, manufacturing, or related industries. Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, operationally driven environment. Apply now!
