A leading and growing organisation is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, reporting, budgeting, and strategic financial planning. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional to add value in a dynamic environment.

POSITION INFO:
Job Description: Lead and manage the full finance function Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports Drive budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management Ensure compliance with statutory and tax requirements Manage audit processes and liaise with external stakeholders Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making Monitor financial performance and implement process improvements Mentor and develop finance team members Skills & Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in a Finance Manager or similar leadership role Strong financial reporting and budgeting experience Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Advanced Excel and financial systems proficiency Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities Experience managing and developing finance teams Commercially astute with a strategic mindset Qualification: CA(SA), CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent finance qualification Honours degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field advantageous Connect with us on and Register your CV to create a profile and to view all our Financial recruitment vacancies.
