POSITION INFO:
Company and Job Description: Our client is an established organization within the financial services sector is seeking an experienced Financial Manager to take responsibility for the full finance function and support the business across financial reporting, compliance, budgeting and forecasting. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on finance professional looking to take ownership of a broad finance portfolio within a professional and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full finance function of the organisation. Oversee financial reporting, reconciliations and month-end processes. Assist with payroll-related activities and support. Ensure ongoing financial and regulatory compliance. Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes. Coordinate and support B-BBEE verification requirements. Job Experience and Skills Required: Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent. Experience within the brokerage or financial services environment will be advantageous. 3-5 years' experience.
