Job Description
Formulate monthly analysis of income and expenditure against prior year and budget
Implement and sustain accounting and administrative guidelines and procedures for financial activities
Improve financial operations by advancing the standard and new accounting procedures
Present financial reports to board members, stakeholders, executives, and clients in formal meetings
Guarantee all statutory payments (e.g. income tax, VAT) are made correctly
Support in the final preparation of the Annual report to shareholders
Implement and uphold policies and procedures for the payment and recovery of accounts
Development of staff by exploring opportunities in which staff get exposure to different features
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 8-10 years commercial experience
Minimum 3-5 years senior management experience
Property Industry experience (Highly Preferred)
Working knowledge of IFRS
Qualification:
CA(SA) non-negotiable
