SUMMARY:
Our client, a dynamic Group of Companies manages various well known retail outlets and commercial properties throughout KZN. Reporting into the Finance Director, this role will be responsible for managing the full financial function and heading up the team. They are growing their footprint with currently over 26 stores, commercial properties and 2 large shopping malls in their portfolio.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Job Requirements:

C.A. (S.A.).
Min 4 to 5 years commercial, retail experience.
Full financial administration for the Group.
Financial statements and reporting.
Management accounts.
Cash flows.
Budgets.
Fixed assets.
Strong Tax experience.
Statutory reporting.
IFRS technical knowledge.
Internal controls - streamline and improve.
General management attitude.

Management experience.

Analytical.
Able to take up the ball, and run with it!
Confident to offer strategic input and advice.
