JOB SUMMARY:
Our Client in the Property Industry is looking for a Finance Manager (Qualified CA)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:

Qualified Chartered Accountant
10 years experience in a similar role
Own vehicle and valid driver’s license
Reporting to the director on a bi-weekly basis
Oversee a team of property administrators and accountants
Assist with due diligence investigations and present a comprehensive report on findings
Identifying and managing risks
Stakeholder liaison
Ensure compliance with legal regulations
Cashflows, budgets, and forecasts
Approval of supplier invoices and payment requisitions
Management of AGE analysis
Debtors management and review
Tenant deposit management
Oversee a team of accountants
Strong attention to detail
Numerically sound
Strategic and entrepreneurial
Team player with leadership skills
Able to perform under pressure
Problem-solving skills
