JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are recruiting for a Financial Manager, who will be responsible for the financial accounting and controls of the business, as well as the monthly and quarterly reporting to management and the board. To succeed in this role they are looking for someone with strong leadership and management skills, someone who is a team player and able to multitask.

Responsibilities:

Collation and presentation of monthly management account
Oversight of all operational accounting, queries, and finances.
Control and oversight of the general ledger
Annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting and reporting to management and audit committee
Responsible for audit liaison and preparation of annual financial statements.
Compliance with tax, legislative & statutory requirements.

Requirements:

CA(SA)
3-5 years' experience within the financial services industry
Previous experience in a similar role
Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
