POSITION INFO:

Job Description:
Endâtoâend leadership of finance operations: reporting, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, tax, compliance, reconciliations, and monthâend close
Ownership of operational and financial systems, including implementation, optimisation, and adoption
Insightâdriven reporting that directly supports strategic and commercial decisions
Coordination of audits and ongoing regulatory compliance
Strengthening financial controls and continuously improving processes
Active engagement with funders, regulators, and external partners
Support across treasury funding initiatives and due diligence
Tracking financial performance, identifying costâsaving opportunities, and assessing business risk
Leading, mentoring, and developing a capable finance team in a fastâpaced environment
Partnering closely with senior leadership and the CFO on key initiatives

Skills & Experience:
SAICA articles completed
Minimum 4 years’experience in a finance management role
Proven experience in the FMCG sector
A proactive, commercially minded approach with strong stakeholder skills

Qualification:
Relevant degree plus experience
CA(SA) advantageous
