POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities: Prepare and review commercial costing models and analyses. Manage and oversee B-BBEE monitoring, reporting, and verification processes. Ensure the accurate and timely submission of all tax-related returns and compliance requirements. Prepare and coordinate annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, including group consolidations. Support the preparation of quarterly forecasts, annual budgets, and long-term financial plans. Coordinate and assist with internal and external audit processes, ensuring the timely resolution of audit findings. Ensure compliance with Corporate Governance requirements, Finance Policies, Procedures, and Manuals. Conduct financial analyses and provide insights to support business performance and strategic decision-making. Participate in ad hoc projects and other activities within the financial management function. Minimum Requirements: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)). Minimum of 1 year post-qualification experience. Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
