Responsibilities:

Prepare and distribute monthly management reports.
Create quarterly cash flow forecasts.
Generate financial reports for stakeholders.
Develop annual reports compliant with regulations.
Monitor daily financial operations.
Supervise two accountants.
Review contracts and ensure timely reconciliations.
Implement finance policies to reduce risks.
Manage payroll and ensure timely tax payments.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Oversee external audits.
Stay updated on financial regulations

Qualifications and Experience Required:

CA(SA) Accreditation is essential
3+ years commercial experience
Mining or Financial Services industry experience is preferred
