As the Financial Accounting & Reporting Lead, you’ll work closely with the CFO and senior leadership, driving financial excellence across the business. You’ll lead the external audit process, ensure compliance with IFRS, and provide critical insights to support performance and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the preparation of annual financial statements and statutory returns

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and CA(SA) qualification (essential)
Experience:

Minimum 5 years in a similar role, reporting to a CFO
Minimum 5 years working with IFRS and consolidated reporting
Minimum 3 years leading teams
Experience in a multi-regional organisation

Skills:

Advanced MS Excel (including financial modelling)
Strong experience with SAP, IBM Cognos, and Draftworx
Deep understanding of compliance, tax planning, and transfer pricing
Exceptional attention to detail and deadline-driven mindset
