Finance Manager - CA(SA)

This head-office opportunity sits within a well-established, market-leading business operating in the forex space. The role is hands-on and highly visible, taking full ownership of the finance function in a regulated, fast-paced environment. You’ll work closely with senior leadership, contribute to strategic decision-making, and lead a finance team responsible for accurate, timely, and compliant reporting.
This is a role for a qualified CA(SA) who wants influence, not just responsibility. You’ll gain exposure to board-level reporting, system implementations, and business-critical financial decisions. The business values strong finance leadership and gives this role real authority to improve processes and drive structure.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Full management of the accounting function, ensuring all monthly deadlines are consistently met
• Leadership and development of the finance team, including performance management
• Preparation of monthly management accounts, flash results, board packs, and reporting packs
• Cash flow management, forecasting, budgeting, and annual budget consolidation
• Implementation and improvement of financial policies, procedures, and systems
• Liaison with internal and external auditors, including oversight of statutory and tax submissions

• CA(SA) with a minimum BCom in Accounting
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Financial Manager
• Experience in forex beneficial
• Experienced in advanced Excel and Accpac
