SUMMARY:
My client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Manager to join our team in the agricultural sector. This role is critical to their organization, as you will lead financial operations, establish strong internal controls, and support strategic decision-making processes.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Internal Controls: Develop and implement effective internal control systems to ensure financial accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Budget Management: Lead the development of the annual operating budget, aligning financial planning with the company's strategic goals.
Financial Statements: Oversee the preparation, review, and timely submission of accurate financial statements.
Financial Analysis & Reporting: Provide insightful financial analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making.
Risk Management: Identify financial risks and establish risk mitigation plans.
Cost Control: Manage and monitor costs across departments to optimize financial performance.

Requirements:

Educational Qualification: Minimum of a BCom degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 8 years in a financial management role, preferably within the agricultural or similar industry.
Skills: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in financial software, and excellent communication abilities.
Knowledge: Familiarity with agriculture sector operations is an asset.
