SUMMARY:

A leading organisation is seeking a Finance Manager with strong experience in retail or stock-driven environments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing finance functions in a highâtransaction environment across multiple stores or companies.

POSITION INFO:

Finance Manager – Retail / Stock Environment
Salary: R 780 000 - R 820 000 (Market related, Negotiable)
Location: Western Cape, northern suburbs
Required: BCom Degree & High-Volume, Multi-Store Operations Experience

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the full finance function within a highâvolume operational environment
Lead and manage finance teams across multiple store locations
Ensure strong financial controls, stock management accuracy, and transactional integrity
Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
Drive process improvements and support operational decisionâmaking

Requirements:

BCom Degree in Accounting/Finance
Management experience within a retail or stock-focused environment
Exposure to highâtransaction, multi-store operations
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
