SUMMARY:

JOB TITLE: Finance Manager (Second-in-Charge)

LOCATION: Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth). 100% on-site

THE OPPORTUNITY:
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented finance professional to support the CFO in a dynamic business serving SA, EMEA, UK and USA. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone ready to engage in financial operations, reporting, and compliance across multiple entities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Trial balance preparation, AFS support, payroll & SARS compliance
Manage cross-border transactions and stock costing
Support audit and tax processes
Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and logistics departments

REQUIREMENTS:

BCom in Accounting/Finance or a similar related qualification. A postgraduate qualification is highly beneficial.
5+ years’ experience in finance/accounting
Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g. Pastel, XERO or similar) & Excel
International/cross-border experience is advantageous
