Finance, Marketing & Office Administrator

Our client is an online car dealership based in Pretoria East. They are looking for an organised office administrator to support a very busy call centre and sales team. The person should be fluent in English and Afrikaans. Own transport and a valid driver's license are also essential.

Duties will include:

• Day to day office support duties.
• Stock control and daily updates on stock sheets.
• Liaison with vehicle financing firms with regard to administration, settlement figures, documentation etc.
• Client liaison - obtaining documents and other relevant information from clients.
• Website Management and Advertising

Requirements:

• Immediately available
• Minimum Matric
• At least 3 years relevant experience, preferably in a car dealership or similar environment.
• Computer literate (including website maintenance)
• Excellent written command of English and Afrikaans
