JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client is an online car dealership based in Pretoria East. They are looking for an organised office administrator to support a very busy call centre and sales team. The person should be fluent in English and Afrikaans. Own transport and a valid driver's license are also essential.

Duties will include:

Day to day office support duties.
Stock control and daily updates on stock sheets.
Liaison with vehicle financing firms with regard to administration, settlement figures, documentation etc.
Client liaison - obtaining documents and other relevant information from clients.
Website Management and Advertising

Requirements:

Immediately available
Minimum Matric
At least 3 years relevant experience, preferably in a car dealership or similar environment.
Computer literate (including website maintenance)
Excellent written command of English and Afrikaans
