POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Financial Leadership – Oversee all finance functions including reporting, tax, audits, and cash flow management
Process Transformation – Modernize systems and implement efficiency improvements
Strategic Planning – Lead budgeting, forecasting, and capex investment decisions
Team Development – Mentor and guide finance professionals to excellence
Stakeholder Engagement – Partner with executives to drive business performance

Qualifications:

CA(SA) with 4-5 years of progressive finance experience
Expertise in IFRS (Especially IFRS 15), financial systems (Navision), and process optimisation
Strong leadership skills with a passion for team development
