A leading multinational organization is seeking an experienced Finance Transformation & Performance Lead to drive financial performance, planning, forecasting, reporting, and strategic decision-making across a complex business environment.

POSITION INFO:
Job Description: Business Performance & Strategic Leadership Drive business performance through financial analysis and actionable insights Support strategic planning, target setting, and resource allocation decisions Partner with senior leadership to identify risks, opportunities, and growth initiatives Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reporting processes Prepare executive-level presentations, commentary, and business reviews Develop forecasting and performance-monitoring frameworks Financial Planning & Forecasting Lead annual planning and budgeting processes Develop monthly and quarterly forecasts Provide financial modelling and scenario analysis Support leadership reviews with robust financial insights Performance Management Drive profitability and margin improvement initiatives Monitor delivery against financial targets Identify and implement corrective actions where required Support pricing, investment, and portfolio optimization decisions Enhance budgeting effectiveness and resource allocation Reporting & Analytics Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting Deliver meaningful business insights to leadership teams Drive data quality and reporting consistency Support the implementation of automation and digital finance initiatives Collaborate across functions to improve reporting capabilities and efficiency People Leadership Lead, coach, and develop finance professionals Build an inclusive, high-performance team culture Foster strong relationships across multiple business functions and regions Influence stakeholders at all organizational levels Skills & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field Professional finance qualification such as CA(SA), CIMA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent preferred 12+ years of progressive finance experience Strong background in financial planning, analysis, reporting, and business partnering Experience influencing senior leaders and driving business performance Proven track record leading teams in complex environments Experience with enterprise financial systems and advanced Excel capabilities Experience working across multiple regions or international markets is advantageous For more information connect with us on and Register your CV to create a profile and to view all our Financial recruitment vacancies.
