Financial and Contracts Director (CA)

This client is a leading independent supplier of plastic injection moulded components to the South African motor industry, with a number of products exported globally to its OEM customers.  A good opportunity exists for someone meerting the following requirements.

Requirements

• Chartered Accountant with approx. 15 – 20 years experience in financial Manager
• 10 years + senior Financial Management skills.
• A proven track record in goal orientated financial management skills
• Significant experience in contract management with a proven track record.
• A demonstrable background in the ability to strategically direct an organization from a financial perspective
• Lead negotiations with a variety of departments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Automotive manufacturing industry experience advantageous, but not essential.
• Reports into senior management and the board.
• Be responsible for all aspects of financial structure and discipline
• Ability to interact comfortably with a wide variety of disciplines internally and with its customers
• Entrepreneurially minded
