Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute finance and operations system projects from planning to rollout
• Translate business needs into system functionality and process improvement
• Partner with plant managers, finance teams, and IT to align goals and outcomes
• Oversee system integrations, testing, training, and user adoption
• Drive continuous improvement across finance and manufacturing operations

• BCom Degree (Finance, Systems, or Operations) – essential
• 5–8 years’ experience in a plant-based or manufacturing environment
• Proven project management experience with system implementation (SAP or Syspro)
• Strong understanding of both finance and operations workflows
• Ability to translate business processes into tech solutions that work
• Analytical, organised, and ready to lead from the front
