Are you a finance professional with operational experience and has working knowledge of implementing Microsoft Dynamics? If yes, then this role at a reputable insurance company as a Finance and Operations Analyst is perfect for you! The organization is a fast-growing short-term insurance provider.

JOB & COMPANY DESCRIPTION

The Finance and Operations Analyst will implement new financial systems and establish best practices within Microsoft Dynamics. The Finance and Operations Analyst will help design, construct, and deploy solutions and communicate and document new finance ideas and direction. The successful candidate will assist in training the finance team members and assist in the testing of new finance implementation.

EDUCATION

The successful candidate must have the following qualifications:

BCom Accounting
Certification in Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Operations is preferred

JOB EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED

At least 5 years’ experience in a finance space
At least 5 years’ experience with Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Operations
Working knowledge of implementing Microsoft Dynamics
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent stakeholder relationship management
Skills in distributed application tracing and performance investigations
