POSITION INFO:
This dynamic, forward-thinking organization is seeking an analytically sharp and execution-driven Finance & Operations Manager to lead their end-to-end order administration and warehouse quality control function. Moving far beyond routine bookkeeping, this role places you at the intersection of supply chain logistics and executive strategy, where your analytical insights will directly shape monthly and quarterly board-level decisions. You will act as the critical link between the warehouse floor and the management team, ensuring flawless client delivery while systematically digging into the numbers to maximize brand performance. Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Order & Documentation Management Client Portfolio & Statements Account Support Advanced Stock & Sales Modeling Executive Strategy Presentations Warehouse Quality Assurance Job Experience and Skills Required: A relevant financial or operational qualification (Non-CA path). 3+ years of proven success in order administration, inventory control, billing, or commercial operations management. Advanced-level Microsoft Excel (Xero\/Sage environments or advanced formulas like XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and dynamic dashboards) and proficient presentation design skills. A firm grasp of foundational commercial accounting principles, including VAT application, statement reconciliation, and inventory valuation. Apply now!
