• A relevant financial or operational qualification (Non-CA path).
• 3+ years of proven success in order administration, inventory control, billing, or commercial operations management.
• Advanced-level Microsoft Excel (Xero/Sage environments or advanced formulas like XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and dynamic dashboards) and proficient presentation design skills.
• A firm grasp of foundational commercial accounting principles, including VAT application, statement reconciliation, and inventory valuation.
