SUMMARY:
A dynamic company based in La Mercy is looking for a detail-driven Finance and Procurement Administrator to manage in-house administration and coordinate finance, procurement, and general office operations.

POSITION INFO:
Duties and Responsibilities:Â

Debtors - monitoring age analysis , managing customer statements (debt collection weekly) Monitor ratios
Creditors , managing age analysis (bi monthly) daily capturing of invoices and creditors recon for monthly payments
General daily loading of payments (FNB platform) and allocations (Creditors & Debtors)
Month End Finance reportingÂ
General office admin, managing filling , consumables , reception duties and ad hoc
Internal Procurement department support - processing POs, supplier follow ups , drafting of quotes and ah hoc purchasing
Maintaining supplier database
Managing and listing products/services on Sage accounting
Quotation follow ups and reporting to procurement team

Requirements:

3-5 years experience in basic financial adminstration and admin (Procurement experience is advantageous)
Related degree or diploma is advantageous
'A' team Player
Strong organisational skills
Strong communication skills and people engagement
Embrace hard work and enjoy a fast pace environment
Detail orientated , patient
