SUMMARY:
A dynamic company based in the East Rand, is looking to employ a Financial Manager with 5 yearsÃ¢Â€Â™ experience in a similar role from a Manufacturing Industry.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements

Must have university degree in Accounting and/or Financial Management.

Must have worked as Financial Manager for minimum of 5 years

MS Office & Navision similar e.g. Syspro

Experience in staff management

Ensure that the full Accounting function is effective and up to date

Preparation of Monthly Management Accounts

Timeous submission of all information to Bankers, Insurance Brokers etc

Prepare for and Co-ordinate Annual Audit

Manage budgeting process

Ensure tax compliance and timeous submission

Ensure compliance with all Statutory and Legal requirements

Process monthly salaries

Maintain up to date Cash Flow Forecasts

Implement and maintain Manufacturing Costing System

Monitor and optimize all Company expenditure, in particular labour/wages in accordance with output and budget, all assets e.g. vehicles, forklifts, subcontractor costs etc

Implement and maintain all required operational systems, including all NAV functions, train staff and monitor compliance

Ensure accurate Stock Counts

Provide full financial function for corporate activity e.g. mergers and acquisitions

Record, file and maintain all Company and Statutory documents.
