Education:

• B.Com Honours (CTA) with Articles

• Minimum 5 years in financial management
• Hospitality/gaming experience is a plus

• Performance analysis and diagnosis
• Feasibility and compliance assessment
• Staff development and training
• Statutory legal and tax knowledge
• IFRS and accounting systems expertise
• Keeping up with financial and tax developments

• Record and report financial transactions for F&B and hotel outlets
• Manage productivity and payroll costs
• Oversee stock control processes
• Integrate Group standards into operations
• Update practices with new regulations
• Implement control measures to mitigate financial risks
• Coordinate audits and prepare financial statements
• Report on departmental projects and initiatives
• Compile tax and board packs
• Manage staff conditions of employment
• Act as SME on financial legislation and tax requirements
• Communicate with managers and report on financial position
• Partner with business managers for updates and recommendations
