POSITION INFO:
Work with a leading property group with a strong market reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare & review financials for property portfolios
Budgeting, forecasting & variance analysis
Ensure IFRS & tax compliance
Oversee VAT, income tax, and compliance reporting

Skills & Requirements:

BCom in Accounting/Finance (Honours a plus)
3+ years’ experience (property industry ideal)
Strong analytical & communication skills
