Key Responsibilities

Prepare monthly management reports, reconciliations, and income statements
Oversee intercompany billing, invoicing, and foreign exchange reconciliations
Manage balance sheet controls, fixed asset registers, and SOX compliance
Handle budgeting, forecasting, and detailed variance analysis
Support internal and external audit preparation and financial statements
Coordinate financial operations including VAT, payments, and treasury
Lead and mentor junior staff, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery across all functions

Job Experience and Skills Required

BCom Finance / Accounting Degree – essential
Completed SAICA Articles
2–3 years’ post-article experience in accounting or finance
Experience with Microsoft Navision and IBM Cognos advantageous
Knowledge of SOX controls, intercompany reporting, and foreign exchange
Strong Excel skills and high attention to detail
Energetic, analytical, and adaptable with a proactive approach
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
