SUMMARY:
We are currently recruiting for a newly qualified Financial Accountant / Group Reporting CA(SA) to join a high-performing Group Financial Reporting team within a multinational environment, who focusses on consolidations, statutory reporting, tax, and audit. This opportunity is ideal for a technical, detail-oriented individual who enjoys group consolidations, financial reporting, and collaborating across multiple finance pillars. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting month-end, quarter-end and year-end reporting cycles, as well as statutory and audit requirements.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver accurate and reliable reporting outputs during month-end, quarter-end and year-end cycles.
Perform group consolidations.
Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
Prepare statutory and tax reporting in line with regulations and group requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams and key finance stakeholders to ensure seamless reporting and controls.
Support compliance with financial reporting standards and internal controls.
Assist with external audit processes and liaise with auditors on required deliverables.
Perform and review balance sheet reconciliations.
Assist with payment authorisation processes.
Execute ad-hoc financial tasks when required.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

Newly qualified CA(SA) or eligible to register.
Strong attention to detail with high levels of accuracy.
Excellent time management with the ability to work to tight reporting deadlines.
A collaborative team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, adaptable, and willing to work additional hours during peak reporting periods.
