POSITION INFO:
We are looking for a Financial Accountant with auditing experience to join our finance team in Johannesburg North. This role is critical in ensuring accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and External Auditors to maintain strong financial controls and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with IFRS/GAAP, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions.
Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and reconciliations.
Support internal and external audits, providing the required documentation and ensuring compliance with audit standards.
Monitor and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and improve financial processes.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2–5 years in financial accounting roles.
Completed SAICA/SAIPA articles or equivalent auditing experience.
SAP R/3 experience is essential.
