Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes across multiple business units.
• Prepare detailed financial models, scenario analyses, and investment appraisals to support strategic decision-making.
• Partner with operations, marketing, and supply chain teams to provide insights on business performance and cost optimisation.
• Deliver monthly management reporting, variance analysis, and KPI tracking with commentary and recommendations.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance financial reporting efficiency.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• CA(SA) qualification (non-negotiable).
• Minimum 3–5 years’ post-articles experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or consumer goods.
• Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and business partnering.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; exposure to ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident communicator with the ability to present insights clearly to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
