POSITION INFO:
A leading multinational organisation, operating in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their dynamic finance team based in Melrose Arch.

This is a high-impact role suited to a technically strong, commercially astute CA(SA) who thrives in complex, JSE listed environments. You will operate at the intersection of performance, strategy, and data - delivering sharp financial insight that influences executive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivering detailed financial analysis to support executive and Board-level decision-making
Preparing and reviewing financial models, forecasts, and performance dashboards
Analysing high-volume revenue streams and cost drivers
Conducting variance analysis and providing clear commercial commentary
Supporting group reporting requirements within a JSE listed structure
Partnering with operational and commercial teams to drive profitability
Identifying trends, risks, and strategic opportunities
Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning

Job Experience and Skills Required:

CA(SA) qualification – essential
3–5 years’ experience as a Senior Financial Analyst
Proven experience within a JSE listed environment – non-negotiable
Exposure to multinational operations and high-volume industries
Strong financial modelling and analytical capability
Advanced Excel skills
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders
