Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full financial function from GL to trial balance and financial statements
• Prepare and review reconciliations, journals, and monthly financial reporting
• Maintain cost controls and ensure the accurate allocation of job costs
• Support project teams with financial insight and budget adherence
• Oversee creditors, cashbook, and daily accounting processes
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and construction reporting requirements
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, systems, and reporting

• BCom in Accounting
• 3–5 years accounting experience
• BuildSmart (Construction) experience—non-negotiable
• Full exposure to the full finance function (GL, recons, TB, up to financial statements)
• Strong Excel skills
• Experience in the construction industry strongly preferred
• High attention to detail, resilience under pressure, and strong organisational ability
