Job & Company Description:
A reputable manufacturing organisation based in Somerset West is seeking a skilled Financial Accountant to join their high-performing finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for full financial accounting functions, including IFRS reporting, budgeting, and SAP S/4HANA processing. This role is ideal for a technically strong and driven individual looking to contribute to a fast-paced and growing manufacturing environment.

POSITION INFO:
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate monthly financial statements and management reports.
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis processes.
- Ensure strict compliance with IFRS and internal financial controls.
- Manage general ledger functions, reconciliations, and month-end close.
- Support operational teams with financial insights and variance analysis.
- Utilise SAP S/4HANA for daily accounting functions and system reporting.
- Assist with audits, statutory reporting, and year-end processes.

Qualifications & Experience:
- BCom Accounting + Completed Articles required.
- CIMA Strategic level advantageous.
- Minimum 3 years’ post-article experience.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, budgeting processes, and financial reporting.
- Experience in the Manufacturing industry beneficial.
- Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA essential.
